last 2003 I flew PIA A310 BHX Birmingham to Chicago ORD and my friend retired Captain PIA pilot said only AP-BDZ BEB BEC BEG BEQ BEU allowed to USA but leased AP-BGN O P Q R S do not allow to USA. Can you find any AP-BGN O P Q R S fly to Chicago and Toronto before or not. Please let me know and please reply soon
AP-BMG seat number different from PIA AP-BGJ K L Y Z and BHV W X BID but AP-BMG need permission to EU UK USA Canada before authorised fly there. I know anything because last time Thai A340-600 seat First class 8 Business class 60 Economy Class 199 total 267 in 2012 then B747-400 seat 10 F 40 C 325 Y total 375 but UK authorised only 267 passenger on 747400 and I asked check in counter for seat but they do not allow get seat passengers but I got special permission because I am airline staff ticket got me seat. I asked UK why explained me that they said that all airline need to apply permission change of aircraft and change of seats that why AP-BMG seat only 307 need apply least 3 three months or early to get permission fly. If you do not understand then up to you like and you look AP-BMG regular every time to KUL only.

Yes, that is correct PML-N flag should not be allowed in ceremonies like this. And this task should be shouldered on ASF as they are only capable to do this kind of thing, I think PIA management can't handle rogue political elements.
