Open Auction for Lease of Agricultural Land at Sheikh Zayed International Airport - Rahim Yar Khan
PAA invites reputed bidders/agrarians/farmers to participate in open auction for lease of agricultural lands of PAA situated in Rahim Yar Khan for a period of 05 (five) years starting Kharif crop season 2026.
Location area and reserved price for the said land are as under:
Location: Old Runway
Area: 21 acres
Reserved Price: PKR 70,000/- per acre per annum
Date of Auction: May 13, 2026
Location: Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) Station
Area: 8.75 acres
Reserved Price: PKR 135,000/- per acre per annum
Date of Auction: May 14, 2026
Terms & Conditions
a - Separate open auction will be conducted for each land.
b - Period of said land lease will be for five (05) years with effect from June 1, 2026, till May 31, 2031, (date of taking over possession from AA) extendable for another five (05) year term with mutual consent. The lease deed will be enhanced @5% on yearly basis.
c - Interested bidder needs to submit PKR 100,000/- bid security before participation into open auction on the day of auction which shall be returned to unsuccessful bidders on the conclusion of bid.
d - Successful bidder will have to deposit 20% of total lase year amount as security deposit which shall be returned to the bidder on completion of lease term.
e - Successful bidders will have to deposit advance Income Tax @10% (in case of filer)/20% (in case of non-filer) of the bid U/S 236-A and shall pay all government dues including water cess (Aabyana) and other charges, if any for the said land accrued for the period of lease.
f - Any other information or clarification regarding this tender can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
g - Subletting the said land is not permissible. The lessee shall ensure safeguarding said PAA land against any misuse/encroachment.
h - PAA reserves the right to cancel the said tender proceedings at any stage and reasons for such cancellation shall be duly communicated to the interested bidders on their written request.[/list]
