On October 3, Thai Airways Airbus A330-300 registration HS-TEQ performing flight TG-349 from Bangkok landed at Islamabad Airport with a cracked cockpit windshield.
The A330 landed safely at Islamabad at 10:05 PM. According to news sources, the aircraft's windshield was damaged/cracked by the bird it and it was unable to perform flight TG-350 from Islamabad to Bangkok. Flight TG-350 was scheduled to depart at 11:20 PM.
Apparently HS-TEQ remains grounded at Islamabad Airport.

Today, Thai Airways Boeing 777-300 registration HS-TKD is performing flight TG-349 in place of the regular Airbus A330-300. Maybe the Boeing 777 is also bringing spare windshield for the grounded A330 and Thai Airways engineering personnel to perform repairs work.
