^ Yes, it's PIA Boeing 707 flight simulator with interior/exterior components stripped.
Order for brand new Boeing 707 simulator was placed by PIA in 1968/69 and it was delivered to PIA in 1970. Pilots of PIA, Pakistan Air Force and a number of world airlines received training on this simulator. Tender for the sale of Boeing 707 simulator appeared on official PIA website in August 2005.
By the way, some broken parts of PIA's three Boeing 747s (AP-AYV, AP-BCM & AP-BCN) and two Boeing 707s (AP-AXG & AP-BBK) were also seen at scrapyards in Karachi few years ago according to a friend of mine. The three grounded PIA Boeing 747s and two retired Boeing 707 freighters were sold to scrap dealers in year 2001/2002 through a tender and later broken up at Karachi Airport and that's how some surviving parts of these aircraft were seen at scrap shops in Karachi. The friend who told me this has a friend in Karachi who purchased some interesting stuff from one such shop including a small broken cockpit instrument of scrapped AP-AYV and Business Class seat from another scrapped PIA Boeing 747
Here's a photo showing broken-up AP-BBK at Karachi Airport in year 2002.
