CEO PIA Instructs the Airline to Improve its In-flight Meals Standard

President & CEO PIA Air Marshal Arshad Malik has directed airline's Food Services Department to improve the quality and standard of meals served aboard the aircraft. Variety of in-flight meals should be available for passengers' choice.

No problem! Gourmet menus will be introduced as per Chairman’s directives BUT it may prove an exercise in futility, given the laxed internal controls, the raw material and finished meals misuse by Food/Flight/P&L/Crew deptt. inhibits before real benefits are passed on to revenue passengers.
Gourmet items Business class foils, as an example, often found in A/c mid and Aft EY gallies vouch to its misuse and mayhem once the aircraft is air borne.
