How to compete with Qatar probably doing daily on the route.

If a route cannot be done 3 x weekly then do not do it.

The only way PIA can somehow get good load factor is to have much much lower price than Qatar Airways, which seems unlikely. Qatar Aiways operates mix of high standard a330,B787 and B777 on this route.. Let see
