Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has installed Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR) and Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR) at airports of Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore. This has extended the surveillance range at these airports from the earlier 200 nautical miles to 250 nautical miles with most advanced state-of-the-art radars.
Three more MSSR also have been installed at Rojhan, Pasni and Lakpass.
A total of nine - three PSR and six MSSR - radars have been installed. All of them are fully operational and linked with central air traffic management system in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
These radars are made in Spain and Czech Republic.

ELDIS Pardubice, s.r.o. managed to obtain a comprehensive tender from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) for one RL-2000 / MSSR-1 combined radar, which was already handed in mid-2017, and 3 separate secondary radars MSSR-1. Their production has already been successfully completed and at the beginning of June 2019 the radars were put into use in the following areas: Islamabad, Rojhan, Pasni, Lakpass.
ELDIS Pardubice, s.r.o. thus, its products contribute to the development of civil aviation in developing areas such as Pakistan.
