Three ex-AirAsia A320s are expected to join PIA fleet in coming weeks with Pakistani registrations AP-BLX, AP-BLY and AP-BMA.

It will increase number of A320s in PIA fleet to 11.

Today, AirAsia Airbus A320-216 registration 9M-AFL performed test flight AK-9982 from & to Kuala Lumpur. The test flight was completed in one hour & twenty-three minutes.

Probably it was delivery acceptance flight for PIA and/or Pakistan CAA aircraft airworthiness inspectors?

This A320 is expected to join PIA as AP-BLY.

AP-BLY ferry/delivery flight from Kuala Lumpur to Karachi today?

AP-BLY landed at Karachi Airport at 1:48 AM today as PIA ferry flight PK-8972 from Kuala Lumpur.

The Airbus A320-216 completed flight from Kuala Lumpur to Karachi in six hours & two minutes.

Ammad, AP-BLZ was delivered on September 25, 2015.

A320s AP-BLX and AP-BMA are due to join PIA in coming weeks.
