Pakistani registration and PIA flight number indicate it will be flown by PIA crew from France to Pakistan?

Abbas
Yes, PIA Crew will fly this aircraft to home base.

I guess the 3 A320's which are flying with the airline were already painted in PIA livery before joining the PIA fleet?

6 first officers and 6 captains per aircraft. They can make more pilots fly too as more than hundred pilots used to fly on 42's.

Are those two A320s painted in PIA livery or going to be painted in PIA livery at Karachi?

Abbas
Yes, surely. As per latest information, both A320's will be delivered in full white.

Possibly, PM Nawaz Sharif will also visit the aircraft at JIAP, Karachi.

^ Thank you Umar for the info.

ATR 72-500 construction number 879 and currently registered in Denmark as OY-YAI is also going to join PIA, according to aerotransport.org.

The ATR was ferried from Dusseldorf Moenchengladbach Airport, Germany, to Billund Airport, Denmark, today.

The ferry flight was also observed on flightradar24.com.

It will complete total of five ATR 72-500 aircraft being acquired on dry lease by PIA.

I think the total number of aircrafts would come up to 39 when all the 6 320's and the rest of the 4 Atr's would be delivered.

AP-BKY delivery flight route changed. It will now fly TLS-ESB-THR-KHI. It will touch down at KHI at 0505LT if things go on as scheduled.
