Seems that the Atr 72 F-WNUC has arrived Toulouse with seats removed. If you look through its windows, there is no sign of any seats at all in the cabin.
Are they planning to change seat configuration, which Ut-air had on these Atrs?

Maybe PIA wants to use economy plus seating? I don't know if Utair has all economy seating.

I think this plane maybe used for like Islamabad-Lahore or to Quetta etc, so they will need more plus seating to compensate for not using A320 jets.

Presently ATR 72-500 construction number 994 is registered in France as F-WNUC for the purpose of test/ferry flights to/from France before aircraft's delivery to PIA.

Registration F-WNUC was issued to other aircraft in the past and in future some other aircraft may receive this registration.

At a time only one aircraft can get registered as F-WNUC and at present it's ATR 72-500 construction number 994 to be delivered to PIA.
