It is looking so sexy Awesomely done PIA To the new M.D
Maybe we are starting the new era of PIA's glory
A320's inducted and now ATR's
Much awaited for the 5 777W's
Hahahaaha, with one leased ATR 72 and two A 320s it shows new MD's good performance and PIA's glory back? Buddy what about those wet leased planes we have? Do you know PIA is paying USD 3500/hr for each aircraft for them while Airblue got the same for USD 1800 per hour? Wonder how much Shujaat Azeem is passing the bucks to the top. Just for your information, 80K bucks a day earning.....just saying.....
You know what PIA does to get the new plane ?they make us wait for a long time .
I just said that the M.D is now doing his best to get the airlibe out of losses and i also said it in the term that in every tender they say "Revival of PIA"
I'm in aviation since 2008 and it's the first time that I have witnesed it PIA is inducting some new aircrafts so thumbs up for the change and trust me better days are coming. Long live PIA.
let's hope the widebodies also come soon so international flights can be increased. It's a pain to transit with the ME carriers all the time.
non-stop flights are really needed to save time and convenience

So, that ATR is not going to join PIA.

Today OY-YAF was ferried from Eindhoven Airport, Netherlands, to Billund Airport, Denmark, after getting painted in Jet Time livery.
Today PIA ATR 72-500 registration AP-BKZ performed test flight on Toulouse-Francazal Airport->Toulouse-Blagnac Airport->Toulouse-Francazal Airport route in France.
On following links are nice action photos of PIA ATR 72-500 performing test flight under French registration F-WNUE from Toulouse-Francazal Airport in France on March 16, 2015.
Pakistani registration AP-BKZ issued to the aircraft is covered with French registration stickers in these photos.
PIA ATR 72-500 with French registration F-WNUE sticker covering Pakistani registration AP-BKZ photographed at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport in France on March 16, 2015. The ATR had arrived at Toulouse–Blagnac Airport as test flight from Toulouse-Francazal Airport.
Note ATR 72-500 engine covers correctly painted off-white like engine covers of PIA jet aircraft. I think PIA ATR 42-500 aircraft have white engine covers.
