Bhoja Air Flight Cancellations

News channels have reported cancellations of a number of Bhoja Air flights.

Information on Karachi Airport website http://www.karachiairport.com.pk/FSDepa ... tedNew.asp also shows cancellation of today's Bhoja Air flight B4-215 from Karachi to Islamabad.

The airport's website is also showing cancellation of April 25 Bhoja Air night coach flight B4-117 on Karachi-Lahore route.

However, Bhoja Air operated flight B4-115 from Karachi to Lahore today, according to Karachi Airport website.

Possible reasons for Bhoja Air flight cancellations could be:

Drop in passenger bookings after Bhoja Air April 20 crash.

or

Limited number of aircraft in airline's fleet or unavailability of some aircraft. According to news reports, CAA began inspection of aircraft of privately-owned airlines with a Bhoja Air aircraft on Monday (April 23).

Information on Karachi Airport website http://www.karachiairport.com.pk/ shows Bhoja Air flight B4-115 from Karachi to Lahore departed on-time at 6:05PM.

It seems for the time being (probably due to shortage of aircraft) Bhoja Air has stopped operating its evening flight on Karachi-Islamabad-Karachi route.

Bhoja Air website http://www.bhojaair.com.pk/ and Islamabad Airport website http://www.islamabadairport.com.pk at the moment are showing only morning flight B4-211/B4-212 on Karachi-Islamabad-Karachi route.

It seems these days Bhoja Air is operating flights only between Karachi and Lahore.

Islamabad Airport website is showing cancellation of Bhoja Air Karachi-Islamabad flight B4-211 and Islamabad-Karachi flight B4-212.

Bhoja Air will resume Karachi-Islamabad-Karachi and Karachi-Multan-Karachi service after May 4.

The airline continues to operate Karachi-Lahore-Karachi flights.
