Islamabad-Gilgit flight on April 28, 1995. The photo taken in
clear weather shows neighboring peaks called "Sleeping Beauty"
because their outline forms shape of a woman sleeping on her
back. The "Sleeping Beauty" is on the northern side of Nanga
Parbat which is known as the "Killer Mountain". Nanga
Parbat is the second
highest mountain in Pakistan after K2 |
