A view from the terminal building looking out to the parking apron at ISB.

The 777 right at the back is AP-BGJ which I travelled on back to BHX.

The flight was full and the service was DIRE in J class.

Masood Butt was the Senior flight purser - never really saw him until the flight landed at BHX.

PIA, you have one hell of a job to do to SURVIVE !

PS. nice paint job on the Shaheen Aircraft - but cosmetics kind hide the age of these dinosaurs !

PIA's pursers on the 777 usually only stay up front in Business Plus+. They dont really serve passengers - more run the Cabin Crew...

Dear Iqbal,

I was sitting in 5L Business Plus.

He never interacted with any business plus passengers ! why I don't know.

Shaheen airport service, jerrys-DNATA, PIA-swissport, now Royal airport services? how many ramp companies can tiny Islamabad airport handle??
