Trip to Tenerife

A few weeks ago we flew to Reina Sofia Airport normally referred to as Tenerife South Airport (Canary Islands) from Birmingham International for a five day stay. We flew both ways on Monarch Airways - low cost carrier. Monarch now operates a mostly Airbus A320 / A321 fleet, though in a couple of photographs A330s in Monarch colours are seen parked at BHX, but they were in the process of being returned to lessor as Monarch had decided to withdraw from the long haul market. Tenerife is due south from the UK, in the same Time zone and flying time is about 4 hours. I am sharing some photographs from the outbound and return flights.
