Interesting Video footage. Could the fact one Prop was shut down have been part of the test?
Some interesting comments posted (on U Tube), some people get upset
by anything these days which is a pity!!!!!!!!!!

Hi it looks like apossible engine failure! and the coments bro just ignore them pple are just being silly online these days they just post anything to get others upset i just ignore them and watch the video!

Now regarding the video i would not want to be a passenger on that atr if i had found out atr have engine failures it makes passengers feel more unsecure in the air, now i do have a planned flight in the future in one of those to see gilgit and other northen areas and i will investigate and talk to pia captain before any flight there to make sure im safe and secure otherwise i dont want be on a flight with just 1 engine running.
