Why is Jet Airways leasing its aircrafts to different carriers? I remember they've already leased out their A332's to Gulf Air and now this 773???

no problem AP-BGJ and BGL jet airways had also leased a 777-300ER to THY (turkish airlines) they are probably not profiting from flying passangers and have too many planes in their fleet so leasing them is the best option

Exactly! Thats the whole point! Its good money for the airlines.. for airlines that are unable to buy the aircraft leasing from airlines such as Jet is a good way to fly an aircraft without the years of installment payments! JetAirways is a good think tank for using this strategy!
