Aircraft serial number may help in getting information about airframe history.

I don't think it's one of ex-PIA F27s acquired by Pakistan Navy in 2008.

Here's brief history of Pakistan Navy Fokker F27 (AR-NZE) built in 1964. It joined Pakistan Navy in 1982.

Fokker F27 Friendship Mark 200 construction number 10262. Built in 1964. Registered in the Netherlands as PH-FGD, N.V. Koninklijke Nederlandse Vliegtuigenfabriek (KNV) Fokker, October 22, 1964. First flight on October 26, 1964. Registered in Japan as JA8637. Delivered to ANA (All Nippon Airways), November 17, 1964. ANA aircraft number '37' painted on nose. Registration PH-FGD cancelled on November 24, 1964. In February 1978, sold to New Zealand Ministry of Transport, Department of Civil Aviation and registered in New Zealand as ZK-DCG. Leased to Mount Cook Airline, September 1981. To Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), January 18, 1982. Registered in Pakistan as AP-BBG for PIA. Transferred to Pakistan Navy as 62/AR-MLF, January 18, 1982. Registration AP-BBG removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on November 6, 1982. In 1990, serial number changed to 62/AR-NZE. Serial number changed to 74/AR-NZE
