No.9 is easy!
No.9 is an Air France A340-300 landing at St.Marteen Airprot

I think #9 is an Air France A340.... haven't seen any AF shots at St. Maarten with the 777

#1 is L1011 - I would say Royal Air Force
#2 is a B727... possibly an Indonesian airline?
#3 is a Piedmont aircraft
#4 is a BAC 1-11 (US Air? - 1980's)
#5 is that ORBIS "Flying Eye Hospital".. the older DC-8, doesn't look like a DC-10 tail.
#6 is the winglet of an aircraft.... 747 in the new United colours?
#7 can't believe I found this one.... its an Allegiant Air MD-83
#8 is a BWIA 737-800

#10 is BMI Regional ERJ-145

I think the reg. is Malaysian... and there is a Malysian flag near cockpit windows... but it was close enough

Well i did search on Indonesian carriers with B727s and it poped up....I see what you mean also...
