Some one told me that flight kitchens are up for sale or lease to outsiders, Lufthansa/LSG, Gate Gourmet and Singapore Airlines Catering have placed bids for it while Emirates who had also done so have now pulled out of the process.
Air Blue are also to start their own catering as may Shaheen, right now Gate Gourmet are charging ED about 500 Rs. per breakfast tray.
