According to news report on following link, under pressure from PIA employees union/newly elected Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) People's Unity, PIA General Manager Flight Services replaced three Flight Services Base Managers from airports of Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar.
CEO PIA took notice of transfers and told concerned official(s) of the airline not to make such changes without his orders.
People's Unity has threatened to disrupt PIA Flight Services.
CEO PIA has sought deployment of Rangers at PIA Head Office to face any untoward situation.

Looks like Mr. CEO has no idea how to handle a labour union. Calling Rangers is the worst thing he could do. Not too long ago Nassir Jaffer called Rangers and got two innocent employees killed.
