Any information on the 734 Shaheen acquired from Bhoja? I heard there were controversies involved in that deal and also if you could tell about the fate of Bhoja equipment. Thanks
^ As far as I know, under a directive/order issued by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Bhoja Air aircraft cannot be transferred to another airline/operator till CAA dues and/or insurance/compensation payments to legal heirs of Bhoja Air crash victims are fully cleared/settled.
So, Bhoja Air Boeing 737-430 (AP-BKF) that was painted in Shaheen Air livery cannot be operated by Shaheen Air till clearance is received from Pakistan CAA.
I believe a Bhoja Air Boeing 737-236 Advanced (AP-BKD) also remains parked at Karachi Airport for same reason.
Found this photo of Shaheen Air Boeing 737-4H6 (AP-BJQ) seen approaching Dubai Airport on March 9, 2013.
AP-BJQ joined Shaheen Air fleet in January 2013.

In following photo taken at Warsaw Chopin Airport, Poland, on May 16, 2013, Shaheen Air Boeing 737-4Q8 is seen with its Pakistani registration AP-BJR covered with sticker printed with previous registration SP-LLL of the aircraft.
Apparently it will be delivered to Pakistan under Polish registration SP-LLL.
