It was one of the best experience flying on Omanair between Islamabad to & from Muscat

but one of my worst experience between Muscat To & From Kuwait

There were multiple reasons

- attitude of flight attendants & poor service quality
- old aircraft (honestly PIA's 737s are in good shape)
- flight quality

thats really sad to know about; Oman Air is expanding rapidly in the region so they need to address such issues related to inflight services.
