Next PIA Pilot Induction

Can some boy brief me on, when is the next cadet pilot induction in PIA expected.

Dont expect it to be anytime soon...
Currently there are 110 Cadet Pilots in PIA waiting to get operational !

Al-right that could be one of the possibilities , which can force them to delay. But I just want and estimated period some body senior on this forum from the history or recruiting process can tell me.

20 cadets from the ad of 2008
Then the induction in 2010 of 15 cadets (sindh,baluchistan ad)
20 cadets from 2008 ad who were not selected after the flight check got decision from court and were hired by PIA in 2010

Induction of 30 cadets in 2011
And then again induction of 50 cadets in 2012

Therefore roughly 110 cadets are still in queue !

110 souls surviving on 5000 rs per month.I wonder what has been the criteria of pilot induction in Zardari's Raj?
I think there will be one more add before the Government goes and then no more hiring.
Any one knows about retirements in the next two years?

Don't Expect anything to be Transparent in PIA, I can assure you, Cadet Pilot induction in PIA is been done through Safarish, don't want to name the Cadet Pilots, whom had Safarish under their belt......

thats the point. .obviously 110 souls inducted when they were not planned to be trained soön raises question. .Rao Qamar sb. Should use his head n look here as wel. .

42 first officers on the ATR42s.

Three years per pilot on the ATR42.

Am I right or are we looking at atleast six years for the last of the 110 to be inducted.

Of course I won't deny the fact that sifarish does work in PIA but there r many cadets hired on merit as well I can name many of them as well.
Well i can't answer ur question regarding next ad but it won't come this year that's for sure.

Ok merit is good thats what most of us from middle class want. Tell me usually what kind of SIFARISH works or what amount of cash can let one in easily.
