I got following info from Alexandre Avrane

Quote:
"Talks are ongoing for wet-lease of one MAS 777 for two months from middle of this month. This period is the Hajj season, so PIA wants to use the MAS 777 to cover their scheduled routes while their own airplanes are being used to ferry Hajj pilgrims."

That's interesting! I guess the Turkish A320s will be used to ferry Hajj pilgrims from smallers airports like Sukkur and Faisalabad to bigger airports like Karachi and Lahore.

That's very nice to know! If possible, some photos of the aircraft from Manchester would be great!

Thank you.

Is AP-BGG going to be deployed to UK soon??

It was mentioned that it only had minor snags, so how long does it take to remove minor snags?

Plus what is the status of other 747-300s, someone mentioned that two jumbos have been sent to Hong Kong and China for major repairs, is that section-41 work, or general maintainance to update them to UK specs.
