Bird Hit Grounds PIA Boeing 777 at Lahore Airport

PIA Boeing 777-200ER (AP-BGJ) performing flight PK-710 from Manchester suffered bird hit during landing at Lahore Airport today. The B777 landed safely in Lahore at 6:54 AM. The aircraft is grounded and one of its engines is being examined for bird ingestion. A PIA Engineering team with spare parts has been dispatched from Karachi.
