Two members of Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly set their jackets/coats/sweaters on fire at Islamabad International Airport as a protest against cancellation of PIA flight to Gilgit.
The legislators also staged a sit-in at the airport demanding operation of the flight.
Legal action should be taken and case should be filed against these lawmakers/ministers.

PIA has opted to forgive and forget the incident that happened at Islamabad International Airport on November 15 in which Gilgit-Baltistan ministers misbehaved with airline's employee over cancellation of their flight to Gilgit.
PIA has no plan to start proceedings against the two ministers, according to airline's spokesperson.
So far, no reports of any government authority or court taking notice of ministers' misbehavior with PIA employee.

Passenger sets luggage on fire to protest cancelled flight
11/16/2018
RAWALPINDI: A passenger on Thursday set his luggage on fire in protest against his flight being cancelled at the Islamabad International Airport.
Gilgit-bound Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-607 scheduled for 7:00 AM was first delayed due to technical reasons and cancelled later due to bad weather.
The passengers started chanting slogans against the airline and one of the passengers set fire to his luggage.
A Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) spokesperson told Dawn the fire was put out by CAA fire fighters.
A video of the passengers arguing with PIA staff and pushing a senior staffer was uploaded on social media. The protesters were told that a special flight will be operated for them on Friday.
A PIA spokesperson said CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik talked to GB Law Minister Aurangzeb Khan, who was also going to travel on the flight, and told him that the flight had been cancelled due to bad weather.
Another GB minister was also accompanying him.
He said the passengers were moved to hotels for the night and assured that a special flight will be operated for them on Friday.
`No airline can risk flying a passenger plane in bad weather,` he said.

Re: Passengers of Cancelled PIA Flight Sets Baggage on Fire at Islamabad Airport
According to Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) government spokesperson, firstly it was PIA staff that misbehaved with the ministers and lied to them which infuriated the ministers. The government spokesperson says that it apologizes for feelings of anyone hurt by the attitude of the ministers.
So far, no statement from Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) spokesperson. CAA should have given its point of view on the incident of fire started by Gilgit-Baltistan ministers in the terminal building of Islamabad International Airport which is managed by CAA.

Re: Passengers of Cancelled PIA Flight Sets Baggage on Fire at Islamabad Airport
Apparently after notice taken by the Chief Justice, Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman has condemned the behavior exhibited by his government's minister Fida Hussain Khan at Islamabad Airport. The Chief Minister has issued warning to Mr. Fida Hussain Khan and asked him to apologize for misbehaving with PIA employee. Humiliation of PIA employee by the minister is an intolerable incident, said the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister also has directed Mr. Fida Hussain Khan to appear in investigation of the incident.

Good that this hoodlum was arrested. He should be jailed and stripped of his ministership.

Leave aside the misbehavior by a Minster, the bigger crime is setting fire within the building.
Arson is no small thing so whatever punishment is given should fit the crime.
