Hiring Human Resources Consultant for Compensation Study
Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL) is undergoing a significant transformation programme across all aspects of its business. As part of this transformation, the HR Department is modernizing and introducing best practices across all aspects of the HR function. With this endeavor in mind, PIA's HR Department wishes to conduct an external salary bench marking exercise and would like to engage the services of a reputable consultancy to bench mark its compensation and benefits policy and practices with the aviation industry within Pakistan and the region.
Intends to carry out a bench marking study of various compensation and benefits structures being practices in the aviation industry (both domestic & international) for all categories of employees.
Scope of Work
The scope of the study shall include an external salary benchmarking exercise which includes a review of various salary structure across the aviation industry (domestic & international) for all categories of employees which includes, cockpit and cabin crew, aircraft engineers, staff and officers.
Discuss issues and news related to PIA, Pakistani airlines and Pakistan's civil & military aviation.
