Delay Suffered by PIA Lahore to Copenhagen via Oslo Flight PK-751

PIA Lahore to Copenhagen via Oslo flight PK-751 is delayed by nearly six hours. The flight was scheduled to depart from Lahore at 12:15 PM.

Seems the flight is to be performed by PIA Boeing 777-200ER registration AP-BGL airborne as ferry flight PK-2056 to Lahore from Jeddah where it had arrived as Hajj flight PK-2055 from Karachi.

Flight PK-751 is now scheduled to depart at 6:00 PM according to Lahore Airport website.

PIA Boeing 777-200ER registration AP-BGL departed from Lahore at 6:54 PM as flight PK-751 to Oslo with a delay of nearly seven hours. The flight was scheduled to depart at 12:15 PM.

AP-BGL had arrived in Lahore around 4:40 PM as Hajj operations ferry flight PK-2056 from Jeddah.

They should have wet leased aircraft for hajj ops. It seems not much maintenance is done on the planes because of extra hajj flights.

PIA should lease the SAI A330's during this time. They're not doing much these days and SAI could use the money to pay off part of their CAA dues.
