Delay Suffered by Oslo-bound PIA Flight PK-751

Post by Abbas Ali » Wed Jun 13, 2018 1:37 pm

According to news sources, PIA Lahore to Oslo flight PK-751 is delayed due to some technical problem in the aircraft. Flight PK-751 was scheduled to depart from Lahore at 10:55 AM. Flight's passengers are protesting at Lahore Airport. There's some technical problem in an engine of the aircraft, according to some news sources.

Probably the aircraft with technical problem is PIA Boeing 777-200ER registration AP-BHX that apparently landed at Lahore Airport at 8:15 AM as ferry flight PK-8651 from Islamabad.

Looks like now PIA Boeing 777-200LR registration AP-BGY is going to perform flight PK-751. AP-BGY is expected to land at Lahore Airport at 3:52 PM as flight PK-790 from Toronto.

My mother is on that flight :( Never again PIA. First flight on 6th was cancelled and routed via ISB and now this.
I dont think it can take off at 1800 either. You see it will reach Olso by 22:30 and CPH by 1:00. Over here we have curfews for noise dissipation so its gonna cost them a lot of land at night. Kastrup also shuts down at night. Allah help them.
