The airline uses flight number EK620 for Dubai to Sialkot flight. Probably the B777 arrived in Lahore to pick cargo consignments booked from Sialkot?

Re: International Flight Operations Suspended for Two Weeks in Pakistan
Pakistan should not allow any passengers coming in till end of April. China even with a 2 month lock down has once again suspended international flights as they were bringing in covid 19 infected passengers.Qatar Airways has been allowed to transport passengers from Islamabad to Doha till March 29. Pakistani authorities have refused to give further extension to such flights. The airline has cancelled operation of such flights from March 30 to April 4.
Resumption of normal international flight operations in Pakistan expected on April 4/5.
Pakistan should extend the travel ban till end of April 2020 and first worry about bringing infection rate to zero.
