Friction due to tail strike or anything related to APU?

The aircraft did not catch fire, according to airport authorities quoted by news channels.
According to City42 News channel, fire/smoke was reported in tail section of the Boeing 777. Maybe false alarm?
The aircraft was cleared to depart from Lahore after thorough inspections by engineering personnel.
