For some reason, today PIA Airbus A320 (AP-BLB) departed from Karachi at 1:03 PM as flight PK-219 to Najaf instead of flight's scheduled departure time of 9:20 PM.

From Najaf, AP-BLB departed at 3:57 PM as flight PK-220 to Karachi instead of flight's scheduled departure time of 12:40 AM on October 6.

I never understood what were the management thinking at the time when they decided to start 3 weekly flights. There is never that much traffic for Najaf that 3 weekly flights are required.

Future loads is a term generally used to refer future dates booking for particular flights.
