As of latest information available, PIA A320 fleet which was previously configured in 2 class (Business + Economy), now gradually being reverted to original all economy 180 seats configuration.

Following aircraft reverted back until now;

1. AP-BLY
2. AP-BLV
3. AP-BLW
4. AP-BLA

Remaining aircraft will be configured all economy on their scheduled maintenance checks.

PIA now ought to stop selling Business class tickets on A320 routes. Was truly deceived when I booked for Business and got downgraded to Economy, and I suppose it's happening daily as pax book Business and get downgraded.

Gives off a bad impression to new pax or non-frequent PIA fliers.

PIA A320s are competing against Air Blue fleet of all economy 220 A321s and Shaheen Air all economy A320/319 fleet.

PIA is not a premium carrier and should keep its A320s in 180 seat layout.

Two years it has wasted revenue by keeping the 8 club class seats.

Wouldn't be this thing good if PIA retains 1 or 2 A320s in J8Y150 config and deploy them on Dubai and Abu Dhabi routes from Pakistan? In this way, those who aren't able to travel with ME3 airlines and don't like PIA's service can travel in little bit better situation in business class. Just a thought!

Have all eleven A320s changed the configuration to Y180 in the meantime? Which plane have still a business class?

The old website of PIA shows charts, but I think it is outdated (the new website is useless).
