SpeedBird B777-200ER Preview

Post by umair_ayaz »

Hi Guys! After a long & inactive spell, I resumed my paintwork & came up with two distinct liveries of British Airways on MelJet Boeing 777-200ER for FS2004. The first one is the standard “Union Jack” livery of the airline. Whereas, the second, i.e. “Chelsea Rose” was amongst many colourful designs which the airline portrayed on tails of its aircraft as a part of it’s the “World Art Tails” modernization campaign. Both livery variants share the registration # G-YMME. Below are a few random shots:

Releasing the textures pack soon on http://www.flightsim.com

Both the packages will be separately uploaded; the “Chelsea Rose” package will be an up gradation kit for the “Union Jack” package.

Union Jack package filename: mj777bau.zip (7.50 MB)
Chelsea Rose mod filename: mj777bac.zip (2.99 MB)

I’ve been messing around with Adobe Photoshop for six years to paint textures & use DXTbmp utility to convert painted textures into flyable ones…painting is easy…just get a “blank” textures set for the aircraft model u want to paint…paint it using any suitable Image Editing utility such as Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paintshop Pro, & when u are done…replace default aircraft textures with ur own ones through DXTbmp…that’s all…

Here, below is a link to DXTbmp utility & some necessary dlls:
