Here are photos of world's largest aircraft Antonov An-225 Mriya. Forum member SENIOR took these photos at Manchester Airport recently. Mriya (Мрія) means "dream" (inspiration) in Ukrainian.

Thanks for the pics. Why was this aircraft in MAN for?

Also, I believe this was the aircraft that visited ISB after the quake.

I've been told that this aircraft was being used to transport stage equipment for a function in Nigeria !!

yes, the plane was used to cary stage equipment for Snoop Dog, Beyonnce and thir groups concert. the plane was loaded on a Tuesday and departed on a Thursday. i don't remeber the exact date.
