hey kid, get trained well for flying in FS, from your screenshots; it is clear that you are not well trained for wide body equipment. Such as number of shots showing you are OVERSPEED and having flaps deployed at 10000ft with speed around 330 kts. Which ever VA you belongs, request them to trained you well before allowing you to fly heavy equipment.
