Thanks for the comments - when landing flaps are full down during the circuit as you are,as normal, performing a landing - Flaps are then set to 20 (Boeing) once set - apply take off thrust rotate at VR.

BTW I think there is something wrong with that scenery of yours! I think you double installed the FSX version!
