i would say its a Boeing 747..not sure if its a -200 or a -300

They do have overhead bins. but not like the ones seen in this pic.

it is a 743 b/c the 742 does not have seat number beyond 85 or 86.

In the picture you present, the 742 upper deck has NO overhead bins. The 742 has storage bins located at the
side of the seats , not overhead.
