AP-BAK delayed at MAN this evening

Post by global-pia »

Thanks to Senior for providing info on AP-BAK in the other thread.

I apologise for the quality of these pics, I know they're a bit noisey, but the thing is I had my point and shoot digi cam so tried my best. Here are 3 shots I took of the delayed aircraft.

Hey Shabaz,

Nice shots.
But AP-BAK ought to go now rather than later.

When I joined PIA last year, just days later AP-BAK went tech after arriving from JFK as PK722 and passengers had to sit on the plane almost all day and just as the departure was conformed the crew went out and were then sent to local hotels until departure next day(Friday at 2100hrs).

Onboard were also two corpses being taken for burial to Pakistan and teh inconvenience caused and the misery to those with young kids/elderly relatives was a really disheartening experience.

One not experienced in any other airline I've ever worked for.

PIA, PLEASE GET RID OF THE COMBIS !!!!
You can't be all things to all people...so just be nice !

PIA should now just fly the AP-BAK to arizona desert and just call it a day.

As someone said earlier, Granny needs to be laid to rest.

Shehbaz, Pictures aren' bad at all in quality infact enjoyed the night shots you provided.

This is not the time for BAK to go to that desert (according to PIA), we have to bear it for another two years as it is scheduled to be retired in 2008.
