BTW, can any body tell why is the only one part of the flap down while the rest is not?

I think I know what you are talking about AP-BGL.... and I think it is because the pilot was testing them... I mite be wrong

Thats not the flap which is visible downward. Read the details here:
As you know, flaps are designed to increase lift and to reduce the take off and landing distances. Ailerons, on the other hand, are meant for roll control. They are always installed in pairs. When one goes up, the other one goes down. Aerodynamically, ailerons are just flaps except that they move in opposite directions. Thus, aircraft designers have combined the flap and aileron function into what we call a flaperon - a combination of flap and aileron. The Boeing 777 has two flaperons located between the inboard and outboard flaps on both wings. Under normal circumstances, they are used for roll control but for increased lift, they move down and backward in proportion to flap extension.
