cool pic - hes dead centered on the runway centre line !!!

Is the late takoff due to PIA's policy to used derated takeoff whenever possible ? - to preserve engine life ?

Iqbal, whatsoever you say, i mean that PIA pilots are really perfect and famous for their profession. Landing can be done by auto pilot but still they are really some good professionals!

i was kidding - lol

yea ive noticed PIA landings and takeoffs very smooth, however one take off from Jeddah in a Saudi 743 was the smoothest one ive ever been in - didnt feel it at all.

As for derated take off ? Is that why the use so much runway ?
