FT-5 seen at Colonel Sohail Abid Shaheed Chowk. Khanewal Chowk was renamed after Colonel Sohail Abid who embraced martyrdom during an intelligence-based operation in Quetta in May 2018.

One thing that bothers me is the Media within Pakistan love to use the words 'embraced martyrdom' - we cannot say this. Only the 'Almighty' can rule on this. A martyr is one who dies as Shaheed, a term usually reserved for those who die in the name of Islam for example - on journey to Hajj; or fighting a Jihad. It is also given to those who drown; and innocent Women & Children. I believe a trained military soldier undergoing training in a sophisticated fighter-jet, which can be used to bomb innocent people, should not be labelled a Martyr. Those children that died in the Peshawar Army School attack would be deemed Martyrs, because they're children.
