On May 23, 2016, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Lockheed C-130E Hercules (serial number 4282) transported relief goods from Pakistan to Colombo, Sri Lanka, for people affected by floods and landslides caused by heavy rains.
The goods dispatched by Government of Pakistan National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) included 500 tarpaulins, 100 tents, 500 mats, 20,000 aquatabs and 40 electricity generators

The second relief flight from Pakistan to Sri Lanka was also performed by PAF Lockheed C-130E Hercules aircraft serial number 4282.
Relief goods transported by second flight included mats and 320 tents. These tents were sent by Pakistan after consultations with Sri Lankan authorities about type of relief goods/items required by affected people, according to PTV News.

According to PTV News, PAF C-130s are performing relief flights from Karachi (probably PAF Base Faisal) to Colombo.
Relief goods carried by third flight included one thousand mosquito nets, one thousand raincoats, five hundred pairs of rain boots and one hundred thousand aquatabs.

how is the coordination for such relief flights of Pakistan Air Force C130s to Srilanka, have these flights commenced through Indian Airspace while coordinating with Indian Aviation Authorities?

I guess these C-130s flying from PAF Base Faisal, Karachi, avoided using Indian air space or for using Indian air space must have submitted flight plan in advance to prevent forced landing of the aircraft in India for cargo inspection.
