^ Probably due to personal ties between Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz and Asif Ali Zardari.

Bahria Town AgustaWestland AW109E Power registration AP-MRH also has carried Zardari and Bilawal.

Bahria Town Hawker Beechcraft Hawker 4000 registration AP-RRR also has been used to transport Zardari.

If I remember correctly, Governor Sindh also traveled between Karachi and Dubai on Bahria Town Hawker Beechcraft Hawker 400XP registration AP-RBA sometime ago.

Maybe Bahria Town offers aircraft/helicopters for chartered flights?

One would need a new AOC to operate private charters, if I am correct.

I find this common for political figures to use the business jets owned by industrialists/businessmen. A pilot of one such aircraft once told me that during a previous govt they regularly flew then petroleum minister and interior minister.
Similarly a Beech 400A owned by a Karachi businessmen used almost exclusively for transportation on the co-chairman on a political party.
Heard there are no free lunches in this world
