thank you yasir, Canon EOS 1000D is the best camera of its time. And about Nikon, i dont have any idea about but basic functions are same for DSLRs. For aviation shooting, you require a good telelens and overall it totally depends on the budget you are having to spent. 18-55mm is a basic lens provided by the manufacturer with most of the cameras.

Though i own another lens beside 18-55mm, thats EF-S 55-250mm IS

wow that is beautiful :D..

well, from my research, i found that the best lens is Segma (i think it was 70-300mm) :S and its only £150 from Ebay. It still under the budget. cuz i am expecting it is quite expensive the accessories are, but i also found the original lens for Nikon and that is 55-200mm and it is £130 (second hand) on ebay?:s..so was abit confused and still confused which one to choose?

but may be i'll go with Sigma one? :S..

but thanks alot for all the info :D.

Yasir

yasir, i have no experience with any other lens than the one i posted so have no idea yet. Anyhow, i will prefer a Canon lens with Canon camera and Nikon lens with Nikon camera rather using 2nd or 3rd part lens.

PK777, thanks for liking the shots. LHE-BAH sector is complete so i will continue with more shots in World Photos forum; keep watching this thread for the link.

Fantastic photographs! I always wanted to try GF but prices were stupidly dear. Also I have heard the service is not great on them? How did you find them raihans?

I love the way you got all the right angles and clarity spot on.
