thank you Murtaza, i am not getting a good chance of photography near the airport but all these shots i am taking from my home's roof top using Canon 1000D with EF-S 55-250mm IS. anyhow, i am glad you like them even the same are not of good quality yet.

btw, i am very much impressed by the result of the lens you are using EF 100-400mm USM of L series and have asked one of the local agent to check the price of the same.

Quick question, what ISO and focal length are you using to take these shots?

The best lens I have ever owned is the 100-400mm L IS lens. I was one of the lucky ones who managed to get hold of a decent copy. Word of advice if you do decide to buy one, make sure it has an international warranty as some of the 100-400's had a focus/IS problem and were fixed by Canon if still under warranty.

This is a shot on my 100-400 taken at 400mm zoom, alot of editing was involved as well :)

I'm pretty sure my friend, that the quality of your photos will improve in time.

thank you Murtaza for your advice about 100-400mm lens, i did not got any details yet but i hope as i will reach Kuwait, i will check with Canon distributor over there.

the shot of Qantas A380 is superb with 400mm Focal length, its speechless

beside this, i have mentioned some exposure details about these shots and please note that i am not yet using full programming functions of DSLR, most of the time i am taking on shutter speed priority, rest of the things like aperture and ISO are on auto setting by the camera at the time of shot.

Lovely photos!

Photo of Shaheen Air Boeing 737-400 is probably the first on the web showing the aircraft in Lahore skies.

Thank you Raihan for sharing.

Interesting to note is that AP-BHX continues to sport province tails livery.

The currently used flag tail livery introduced by PIA nearly two years ago in April 2010 has been applied on all other jetliners i.e. A310, B737, B747 and B777 in airline's fleet.

Does AP-BHX continue to sport province tail livery because the aircraft is on lease from ILFC and does it mean AP-BHX will get its tail repainted with new flag tail livery when ILFC feels it's necessary to remove province tails livery during heavy maintenance checks of the aircraft?

Or is there some other reason because of which AP-BHX continues to sport province tails livery?

Abbas, most probably it seems to be due to contract with ILFC and might be ILFC allow to change the color once the BHX is under the heavy checks.

Don't know why I love this AC like this (Specially this livery) on AP-BHX.
