There is news that Emirates has phase out its first B777-300 registration A6-EMD and the AC arrived at Tupelo Regional Airport IATA: TUP – ICAO: KTUP for scrapping.

Yes A6-EMD is a 777-200 - This Aircraft was Emirates First 777 Aircraft in Fleet.
Delivery was in June 1996 so it had flown over 18 Years in Service for EK.
So its definitely time now to leave the fleet
Last known PAX Flight for EK was on 01st Oct from DXB to DOH and DOH-DXB
Final Flight was from Dubai to Boston and then onwards to Tupelo.
