Why PIA didnt order the concorde?
Several airlines from that area did, like MEA from Lebanon, Air India and Iran Air!

^ PIA was one of those airlines that had selected American Super Sonic Transport (SST) Boeing 2707. Delivery slots for two Boeing 2707 were reserved for PIA and full scale mock-up of Boeing 2707 sported PIA logo with logos of other airlines that had reserved aircraft's delivery slots.

Unfortunately Boeing 2707 program was cancelled later.
