Very very correct Indeed, Adnan…I remember PIA’s fleet had versatility & their service was remarkable then…it was a sort of exemplary airline in Asia…but it all seems to have faded away wid time…I too hope dat those golden colours return in the strips of PIA!

Thanks a lot Abbas bhai, once again for takin us back in the sweet past…which although is nothing but an illusion, now!

HI AP-BGL

im fahad and sorry my username resembles like urs but the fact is that when i travelled on PIA'S 777 it had this regestration AP-BGJ so i was inspired by it.....

and abbas mate again u have done a terrific job in bringing the vintage PIA days back. man at that time pia had everything one could imagine the grace of air hostesses the inflight service which according to my dad emirates cannot achieve at this point still. PIA'S first class at that time was better than anybody else the style and professionlism of emirates air hostesses cannot be matched even now......ALAS its all a blur vision now. its sad man

i some how belong to the old school and the livery of 80's was i think the best and i cannot see that we can again see anything like that the current livery is quite similar to EL AL and honestly i was seen better livery's designed by some of the forum members here...

best regards

fahad

PIA was one of the leading airlines of the world in those days. Today, the airline needs inspirational leaders like Nur Khan, Asghar Khan and Enver Jamall with dedicated, hardworking and honest employees to regain its past glory.
